May 18, 2009 · 321 or 347 Stainless steel for turning? Hi all, I have a job running out of 321 Stainless, on a swiss lathe. It's a pretty tough job. The print says we can use 347 Stainless as well. Should I choose this option? Is 247 any better to work with than 321?
